Check engine light question
Hey guys i am new to the site, very informative site btw.
I have a quick question, my CEL is throwing a #7 and #92 the #7 is the TPS and Honda wants almost $700 for a throttle body (you can't buy the Throttle Position Sensor by itself) and the #92 is the EVAP Sensor. Has anyone had these codes before and what did you do to fix the problem. I don't think they are too major however i just don't like having the CEL on all the time. Any help would be nice...Thanks guys

Haha. Sucks for you.
Always try to find a TB used.....i never buy my parts from a dealership. Do yourself a favor and check the signal voltage of the TPS.
The signal wire should be the middle wire.....
should be atleast .2v closed and 4.8 volts open.
If it ever drops to 0v or goes all the way to 5 volts, something is wrong.
Also, make sure you have it plugged in.
I have no suggestions for the evap sensor. soorry.
