Default buzzing noise

my 1994 LX has started making a buzzing noise under the front passenger and driver seats. i am going to get it up in the air tomorrow but i was wondering what i should be looking for. it sounds like it might be metal rubbing on metal and i was wondering what, if any, areas i should be looking in.

Probably a loose cat heat shield. Either way it's probably an exhaust shield.

The first spring loaded joint behind the oil pan is known to cause an 1800rpm buzz. honda put out an upgrade kit with stiffer springs, you might try adding a few washers under the springs to see if it changes.

If it occures around 2000rpm, it's most likely the Catalytic Converter's Upper Heat Shield. (the welds break)
I suggest linking together several stainless steel worm style hose clamps, wrap at least two of these around the converter and tighten within an inch of it's life
