Default Dashboard

My buddy and i recently bought a parts car civic. This morning i attempted to take off the dashboard but had no luck taking off the A/C and Radio piece of plastic.

Is there any special trick as to take it off safely with bending it or cracking ??

ps this is the piece i am talkin about.

PIECE #1

you can't take that piece off without removing that dash. Unless you have some sort of freak hands and you could make them bend backwards and take the screws off behind there.

You would think it's just held on by clips..

i've taken my old hatch's dash off serveral times, that thing is not held on by clips..

If you don't believe me, feel free to keep prying/pulling the thing until it breaks.

I wasn't denying the fact that it was held on by screws. You would think that it would be held on by clips like just about everything else on the car. Way to be an ***.

it's screwed on from behind. It is impossible to remove with the dash in the car.
