how much boost can i run without sleeving the block and can i make 360 hp sucessfully

u could run 300whp on a completely stock block, i've seen 600whp on stock sleeves, but its always good to sleeve a block if u want 450hp plus,

360-380 should be good for now as i plan on building a different motor. but now i on a budget

One thing that a lot of people do if they're on a budgeet is stay with stock sleeves, but aftermarket pistons and rods, and headstuds. With all stock internals a lot of people will say that 300HP is the safe limit, and more and you're pushing your luck. However if you upgrade the internals, then you have a setup that can make up to 400-600HP. If you check out evans-tunung.com you'll see that Jeff Evans has tuned quite a few stock sleeve/upgraded internal B series. AFAIK the highest he's been able to get out of that type of setup was 640-something WHP.
