Default Horns working with Quick Release setups?

I have a 2000 Civic and I have a Momo Hub, NRG Quick Release and Spoon Steering wheel, and I can't seem to get the horn to work. Are there any of you out there rocking this setup or any of you that can help me out with some ideas? thanks

I'm not using that setup, but I'm assuming they're all about the same. On the back of the hub for your wheel, is there a brass ring?

i think i should explain a little better:

the problem that i'm having is that the silver ring that comes with the momo hub needs to go inbetween the steering wheel and the qr, but it doesn't fit. I don't have any problems with the wiring, i think i have that covered. It's actually getting that ring to fit between the spoon wheel and the nrg qr to keep the horn button secure, bc otherwise it's loose and plus i need the that ring from momo as a ground for the horn

Hmmm, if you're having problems with just the horn button. There isn't much else I can tell other than try to fab something up to hold it in to place.

Yea that's what i think i'm gonna have to try and do, i was just curious as to if anyone else has this setup or has had this problem? If there's anyway to have this moved to the app/cos section so more people could see it that would be great since i'm not allowed to post there

You're able to post there.

The reason why it's probably not working is that you're combining parts for hubs/wheels that weren't meant to go together.

Well the hub and the wheel are both momo. I'm pretty sure that the NRG QR should work with the momo setup. Correct me if i'm wrong please. What setup would you recommend for a qr with a spoon wheel?

To be honest, I have a Tekniq wheel/hub/hub ring. That works great for me. I wouldn't know what to recommend for your setup.

I looked into some other combos but i choose on the NRG bc of the lock. I guess i'm just gonna have to fab something up and hope it works. Thanks for your help though

That set up should work fine. But sometimes there are some problems with the ground plate. Is it too tight, or too loose?
