Default BUMPER HELP!!!!!!!!!

yeah im feeling pretty shitty typing this because its just like getting one step ahead and taking 10 steps back. im getting my cart ready to be painted this spring and it seems like i cant ever get things to go right. today i cme out of work and someone hit my bumper! the other side bumprer mount was bent a little from backing into a tree( two trees at end of driveway and its a tight fit pulling out) but anyways i walk out of work today and MY OTHER SIDE BUMER MOUNT IS BENT TO HELL! someone must have hit my car in the bumper on accident or something. anyhow the bumper is the least of my problems i can always pick one up at a junkyard but i do need to know if thers even a safe way to fix the metal mounts the bumper is screwed into.thanks for all the help

If you can supply Year/model information, not only can we supply an engineering drawing of the parts involved, but can better advise you of what you need.

remove the bumper, and check the plastic clips and the metal ones too.... if there's anything that can't be fixed because is broken, get another bumper from a junkyard!

Painting yourself? I figure I spent about $250 painting my own vehicle - I had a compressor I was able to borrow, but everything else was purchased.

a couple of good links if you end up doing it yourself... be prepared for about 60 hours of work...

Here's a link to Majestic Honda's Online Catalog page for your bumper. You should be able to ID what you might need from it.

You may luck out and pick up the whole assembly for around $150.00, if you can find a salvage yard which deals with 12 year old cars.
