Default Lower Control Arm Bushings

I have noticed recently that the rear lower control arm bushings are shot. After much research I have decided to go with OEM bushings instead of Poly since this is a daily driver and the roads here are already plenty rough. My question for anyone that has already replaced these on a 4th gen prelude is if it is possible to install the oem bushings without a press. I know I can burn and air chisel the old bushings out but i'm not sure how hard the new ones will go in. I have searched the sight for info but the only thing i've come up with is from the civic and integra forums and i'm not sure if they are set up the same as i've never worked on those before.

Thanks for any advice.

the control arm design and everything are different from a civic/integra, but bushing replacement should be the same. i know the poly bushings can take more abuse putting them in, but you should be careful with the rubber bushings cause you don't want to rip them or anything. if you want to, just take the control arm off, remove the old bushing, and then take it to a shop and have them install the new one. all they can charge you for is labor and that will be really cheap sonce you've already done all the work for them.
