Daytime running lights, how to get rid of them? 98 Civic hatch
So I picked up this 98 Civic hatch that came with daytime running lights. I am not a fan of them and would like some information on how to eliminate it.
So do you guys know how to get rid of this, or know of any links with a how-to?

pull the two fuses for them from the under dash fuse box.
the first is the third fuse over from the turn signal relay in the middle row. The second is the fifth fuse over from the turn signal relay in the middle row.
should be both 7.5amps.
OR you can pull the DRL resistors.

They are automatic all the time.

Hmmm, I'll try the fuses but does that only stop the daytime running lights and not the regular headlight function?
They are automatic all the time.

according to the honda manuals it should kill power to the DRL module, the regular headlights are wired to bypass the DRL module all ready so they should not change.
