How the hell do you all put b18c into your 4th gen? Do you wire the car for obd1? I figure that I could use a skunk2 manifold, with an old ls distributor, with my existing wiring and my existing pr3 b16 ecu it would work, but I am sure that that larger displacement motor needs different fuel/timing maps. Just curious.

I don't hear too much about this swap. I currently have a b16 in my crx right now, but am looking for some other options. Let me know what you think.

 

Yes you can run , pr3, and old wiring with the addition of a skunk Im. However if you want to use a ls dist, you will have to cut it up alittle. Just get a 1st gen b16 dist. As far as different fuel maps go, honda ecu's run too rich from the factory so as long as you dont have wild cams and compression or boost you will be fine. I ran my b18c5 on a stock pwo for awhile.
