Im sure you know more than me but I think all the top-mount setups Ive seen were no where near being able to fit a full size rad. You are probably using a big turbo too so I dont think it would work.

how good are you at fabricating?
You have to move your radiator to the front. make custom brackets, (might as well make a traction control bars) and mount it there...

ok, so how bout a half side rad... or so...

29 3/4 WIDE, 22 1/4 TALL, 4" DEEP

i figure this would work nicely, i need to go measure and see if its small enough to set in between the upper and lower rad supports

eh, its in a sol temporarily (that is, if i even get a del sol)
but regardless it will be going in a 99em1... i want the larger rad because of cooling.. where i live is pretty damn hot during the summer months and im no grandma behind the wheel

Ah ok, well just a though, I'm sure its nice to have the extra assurance of the bigger raditator, but you can easily get away with the half size.
We use them on just about everything we build, wether honda or not.
Daily driven cars here in texas, we dont seem to have much of a problem.

true, but i can get the full core a whole hell of a lot less than a half core (200 shipped for a C&R/Visteon Racing with a heat exchanger, etc)

True, but then you run into a manifold not being compatible
Its a trade-off

true, but if i set it back in between the rad. supports then it wont be an issue, it wont even stick out as far as an oem half size...
