How do you remove the ball joint & outer tie rod end?
I got the whole front suspension off to replace all of the bad joint that's making all the squeal & noises when i drive.
I don't know how to go about getting the ball joint and the outer tie rod end off. do i just hammer the ball joint till it pop out? the outer tie rod end, i have to turn it clockwise to losen it so i can remove it right?

First thing you should do is get a careful measurement from somewhere fixed on the subframe to the center of the outer ball joint stud while the steering wheel is level and locked... Remove the saftey cotter pin. Then back off the nut on the ball joint stud, then smack the side of the ball joint with a big hammer; go ahead HIT IT quit swinging the hammer like a girl and HIT IT LOL Then when it pops loose you should be able to break loose the locking nut on the tie rod and unscrew the ball joint...try to get the new joint screwed back on so your prior measurement is very close, I'd still recommend an alignment after the job is done to be sure the Toe is correct....but the measure method will allow the car to be drivable.
Best of luck I hope this helps you
