My question is

Or can I just put a screw or something so the oil won't back up inthere let me know

What kind of fitting is on the oilpan now? Is it a threaded AN fitting? a barbed fitting? or a smooth piece of pipe that you just slipped a rubber hose over?
if it's a threaded AN you can get AN caps for those/ If it's a barbed or smooth pipe welded to your oilpan take your oil return line with you to home depot or Ace hardware. Find something large and metallic that you can use for a plug. Make sure the plug goes onto the return hose really snug. Get some spare return line and cut a small section so that one ned goes over your oilpan fitting and the other end goes over your plug, use some hose clamps on the plug and oilpan fitting, and you're set.

he didnt say weld the hole shut. if there is an A-N fitting in the pan, they do make bulkhead caps for them, but if it is a piece of pipe, put a sacrificial hose on it and clamp a bolt in it.

LOL i have my oil lines hooked up and my turbo is off, ive been driving around like this for a while, what i did was put a plug in the feed line and put a large bolt in the drain line and hose clamp it LOL
NO PROBLEMS

Cray91 went many months with no turbo with his oil lines hooked up. He put one of my adjustable restrictors on the end of the feed and shut it completely and it sealed it. On the drain side he used a 4 inch piece of hose with a bolt clamped into it.
hahaha, funny this is brought up. on my car. i have the feed line going straight into the return line, and a hose clamp to keep them two together. no leaks or anything!
