fuelpump install on civic

Has anyone installed a holley pump on their civic. Actually a 88-91 civic. For some reason getting only 15-20psi.Please help.

what you want to do is try checking your fuel hose that runs from the tank going to your motor. make sure everything is all tight. is there any leak at all???

actually the car runs now but it seems like you have to have at least 4 gal. of gas or so. if you don't no fuel pressure.
