b16a1 distributor
bramd new one! ha, thats ******* hillarious! my friend you are SOL on that conquest. you could try to find someone selling a used one for sale, but with tha you are only buying time. fyi, older honda distributors just plain SUCK, so getting a 12 year old replacement may not be what you want to do. my advice is you go get a remaufactured one at autozone, it comes with a warranty so if it goes u are covered. you havr to modify it tho, in order for it to fit you have to cut the front post (the one that points toward the front of the car) it looks harder than it actually is. the case is aluminum, so a little hacksaw job and it will cut right thro.
the integ one wont fit unless you cut one of the legs off......you can get one at the same place you got your motor
So how bout this???(just for future information) Can you get the housing of a 92-3 GSR and bolt it up to a B16A1 properly, and swap the internals of the JDM B16 distributor over to the new housing? Then as long as the bearings hold up, you keep replacing internals with LS dist. parts.

i suppose that would work, but if you were going to that what not just use ur old dist case from the bee one six? but a warning to you, the screws that hold the case together are VERY brittle. i have tried take to old b16 distributors apart with no luck, screws broke apart. i guess i could have gotten them apart, but i just didnt care.
i got one. i don't know the condition of it.. i got it off my b16 motor.. i decided to go obd1 everything so if you want it buy at your own risk.... i got the motor and just took it off so your call... lemme know if you want it..
I'm just asking if the bearings ever happened to go bad in the case.
