Default Cam Seal Replacement

I was wondering if a cam seal replacement is hard to do? Is there anyone or anything that can tell me how to do it correctly? Thanks.

just did it the other day on my d16a6... just pull off the timing belt cover and remove the cam gear... if you do it right you won't loose your time... get a long skinny screw driver and pull the old one off... carefully slide the new one over the camshaft and gently push it into place * do not use the screw driver here use something blunt* make sure its seated and replace the gear... you should technically loosen the timing belt a lil to slip it up over the gear... but i got away with out doing it. hth

be sure you lube the **** out of the seal- especially where it slips over the camshaft. I use axle grease and a 27mm or 30mm deep socket as a seal driver to seat the seal squarely. You can push it in with your fingers.
