A while back i experience a lost in power. Pretty much tried everything to figure it out. Compression test, fuel pressure, ignition, and couple of other things. One thing that keept me curious is that a mechanic had a laser temperature reader. He pointed that headers 2-4 are the same temp but header tube 1 is 50 degrees lower than the rest. Those any body know what could be causing this. Could it be a faulty injector? would this be the cause of my slower accelaration.

 

Come on has anybody ever had a problem with their gsr with i/h/e were it started to performed slower accelation. example struggle to hit 8000 rpm in fourth gear straight away or worse on up hill highway.

 

Clogged injector(s)?

 

its gonna be one hell of a clogged injector since took out and tried cleaning them. I was running rich at the time. check engine light came on for the o2 sensor wire that got loose. Would be surprised if it fried something.

 

What year is your car? Is it missing or running roughly? Does the spark plug in cylinder 1 look different than the others?

 

well did you get a new o2 sensor those help out alot i would say its that. some one correct me if i am wrong but i dont think i am.

 

no check engine now but i did change the first o2 sensor
