my windshield wipers seem to go on and off at various times with no pattern. having no relation to when i hit a bump, when i drive faster, when i put music louder. i checked the fuses. this occured after i installed the McCulloch 6000k h4 hid kit. ive been tryin to see if there was any relation to it but simply cant find out. any help or suggestions would be great.

 

You probably put a screw through the wire, and it hit another wire - meaning you have a short to another source of voltage.

So, when something else is coming on - or receiving voltage, your wipers are also.

 

i checked through my wiring...i checked where i routed the HIDs i checked where the windshield wiper fluid canister is placed..any other advice...
