Default automatic seatbelt on DA stuck in open position

when i first got the car, it would stay in the door closed position..i fixed the electrical problem and now it stays in the open door position.

i checked the fusebox and it says nothing about seatbelts. is there a fuse that its hooked up to?

i'm sure this is a common problem.

Lifetime warranty, where did u buy your da? lol might just be jammed, but most likely just the motor and it's pretty easy to get to, and u could get a used one cheap. Check out g2ic.com if u haven't already they'll help ya out. Peace

I don't know for sure, but highly doubt there has ever been a lifetime warranty.

there is definitly a lifetime warranty on DA seatbelts. i just took my car in, and got them to pay for over $1300 in seatbelt parts. bitch to the dealer, and get them to replace as much as they can. they have to. don't believe me? look in the owner's manual.
