new o2 and now A/F gauge freaks out
Motor is a B18A, 90 teg which is OBD-0 and im using the stock PR4 ECU. My car wouldnt have power until about 4K then it would pick up so I posted abotu and and people suggested I change my O2 sensor, so I did with a Bosch OEM unit from NAPA. Now my cars power delivery is better but my A/F gauge goes from lean to rich and will bounce everywhere inbetween. I know that it is a narrow band gauge but what bothers me is the gauge read fine before the swap of sensors. The gauge is a Autometer unit, whats up?
That's what a A/F guage is supposed to do. thats how you know it's working right now. It's the computer making the car run like it should, constantly correcting
