Default why is my clutch all messed up?

i already replaced the master cylinder that was leaking and refilled the fluid and all that. and i checked if this one was leaking and its not. but the clutch is still getting stuck when i apply pressure and wont spring back up. when i apply pressure and press it all the way to the ground, it wont spring all the way back up rapidly like it use to, it jus comes halfway up slowly and gets stuck there. what can it be? and is the slave the stick thing connected to the tranny next to the radiator?

usually if the pedal gets stuck down and doesn't come back up...means a fluid leak. make sure your slave is not leaking too. if no leak. make sure you bled all the air out of the system. if that is all good then maybe your pressure plate diapham is broken. its very unlikely though... good luck bro.

i dont think explain it correctly, but like when i apply pressure and press it all the way to the ground, it wont spring all the way back up rapidly like it use to, it jus comes halfway up slowly and gets stuck there.

slave is mounted on tranny, open the hood, look down, its between the tranny and engine, behind the radiator fan. its a cast iron looking piece with a rubber boot... open the rubber boot and there should be no fluid inside. if there is then its leaking and replace it.... the only possible reason is your clutch pedal is misadjusted to the point that the clutch pedal return spring is out of its range and not returning the pedal up.
