Default h22a dizzy 180 degrees

Hey guys i hear alot of people saying to check if the dizzy is off 180 degrees but im told that you cannot put it in 180 degrees off by my manual. The problem is my car will turn over with fuel and spark but will not start. I have the resistor box hooked up i have checked my grounds, right side motor mount, thermostat and the one by the battery, possibly main relay? could the ecu be bad too? Firing order is right, what about crank positioning sensor or maybe knock sensor? any help would be awesome i need to get this thing runnin.

You cant put the distributor on backwards, its keyed to only go on one way.

What work has been done to the car since it last ran?

How do u know you are getting fuel?

Im doin a h22a swap and ran into this problem, thats wat i thought about the distributer but just had to check, i kno i have fuel cause i dont have my exhuast manifold on and im gettin plenty of flames lol i really think it might be the ecu i just cant find anyonei can borrow real quick to check it, now i havent wired any of the wires for the knock sensor or the vtec solenoid or pressure sensor would that cause this? i dont htink it would. it should atleast start just might run real rough. but it turns over fine.

put your manifold and downpipe on and try it, mine started without the ks wired, if you have fuel and spark it should start, is this a jdm h22? are you using the jdm internal coil?
