You could just switch your odometers between the 2 clusters.

I know it's easy on EGs. It can't be much harder on an EK. Take both clusters, and flip them over. The speedo is right in the middle and that's the guage we want to take out. On the backside of the cluster there should be 3-4 noticeble tiny screws. Take those out and the you should be able to remove the guage.

When it comes out, do the same thing on the other cluster and just swap the two.

what about the needle? I'd need to take the front of the cluster off, like the clear plastic, does that come off easy?

or you can go to the dealership and ask them to match up the cluster for you. dont know how much it will cost but your car won't have an odometer fraud on it.
