what else do i need for my turbo kit?
i am in the process of buying a turbo kit for my civic coupe.. EX D16z6....the kit comes with headpipe, hybrid t3/t4 T04E 5-bolt, wastegate, bov, and fmic. and all the gaskets and bolts..... besides the ic piping and the couplers for the piping, what else do i need to put this kit on and run it.... just on low psi ... help me out guys! thanks!
do i need injectors and a boost controller? or anything else?

dont need injectors or boost controller if youre just running low psi like 5-6psi or whatever your wastegate spring is.
headpipe? do you mean manifold?
you will need a downpipe and some fuel management... ie. crome, uberdata..

he will pry be ok with fmu with that low of a psi, but yea with the dp, looks good

thanks you guys! where could i find uberdata or CROME... i have a chip for a P28... but i got it from a friend... would that interfere with the management? the chip isnt in... i just have it.

dont bother with the chip you have. you'll need to socket your ECU to accept 28 pin EPROMS for uberdata, chrome ETC. theres a shitload of people who tune all the different freewares. **** you would be better off with a basemap than any kind of FMU.

what is the name of the company that you are getting this from? And where are you getting this? Please don't say SSAUTOCHROME or something like that?

what if it is ss autochrome or whatever... what exactly is bad about that? cause i cant exactly say that its not one of them.... whats the matter with those kits?

WOW! I AM SUCH A DUMBASS FOR EVEN WANTING ONE OF THOSE KITS!!! HOW COULD I ******* WANT THAT HA AH ... I DONT KNOW WHAT I WAS THINKING.... NOW DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY REAL KITS I COULD BUY? ANY SUGGESTIONS... WITHIN REASON... i think i wanna spend like 1500... is the GReddy the only kit i can get? i would like a garret t3/t4 ... would i be able to get that kind of a kit for under 1500?

Haha. Go to the forced induction classifieds and see if anyone is selling a gently used turbokit for cheap. Undoubtedly, someone will be able to convert you to the dark side for less than $1500
