Default safest compression to run on DD on 93 octane tuned with hondata

what is the safest compression to run on DD on 93 octane tuned with hondata.

Im building an LS/VTEC and deciding on either JDM ITR OS Pistons (11.7:1 CR according to c-speedracing) or JDM B16 P30 OS Pistons (11.9:1 CR according to c-speedracing).

What would be better safer to run? I would like the CR of the P30 Pistons, but that might be too high when i build my head.

B18a Block with B17 head. Head is going to be stock for now. I also like the JDM ITR Pistons more because of the coating they have on the skirts and better oil flow they provide.

what do you think? 11.7:1 CR good enough for the street tuned on 93 octane gas with Hondata?
