Default High Compression Pistons on 93 Octane

What is the highest compression I can run on 93 octane. Im building up an LS/VTEC with High compression rollerwave pistons and im planning on spraying ontop of that. What do you guys recommend? I was thinking 11.6:1

I run Endyn 12.5:1 on 93 octane. It is all about the tuning...

Higher octane in an high compression engine is more suspectable to dentonation.

You could first get a thicker head gasket to lower the compression, but thats not you question. I would put the ar on the dyno and retard the timing for driving on the streets and mark the timing for racing at the tracks. If the car is pinging still try higher octane and retard the timing more. But in your case you souldn't have any problems like that. Also one important suggestion wuld be to clay the motor to see how much clearance you have between the valves and the pistons.

There are a lot of people running 12:1 compression with no problems. Tuning of course is key.
