Default Anyone use this?

I was going to get one of those pillar things, but that seems like it would be so much cleaner. And can that fit 2" gauges? I wasn't sure if they're 2 inches at the part that goes in the holder, or the face is 2".

Thanks guys, Happy Holidays. =]

Dude it says right in the description "Fits 1.75"gauges" and on the pic itself it "1.75"". So no, it won't fit 2" gauges. Because even if you drilled it bigger, the height itself is 2", so it wouldn't be one solid piece then anymore.

And none of that was meant to sound like a dick...I just couldn't figure out a better way of wording it! Besides, I'de never be a dick to a fellow G2er. Unless they asked for it

Happy holidays to you too 93

Thanks, that's what I needed to know. I wasn't sure if the butt side of gauges are measured differently.. Your name's Kevin too? With a G2? haha sick.

Yah man, I've owned two G2s for the past 7 years. Both Captiva Blue Pearl (hence the B62p SN).

I'm going to guess your name is Kevin too? It'd be real *creepy* if you had a blue teg too.

Well best of luck with yours, keep it old school with the G2

93 -

I expect to see pics of this paint job once it's all done! I'de love to see what CBP looks like "brand new"...the closest I get is looking at the sections below the A-pillar when my door is open

Good luck with it all, feel free to hook a fellow 2nd gen, Kevin, CBP teg owner with some stuff from that JDM shop your friend is opening.

Can't wait to see pics

What engine are you putting in your teg now, since you blew up the last one?

Sounds like you've got a good start to the engine swap. And you're right on track with wanting a short geared tranny...either a B16 (cable) or B17 (rare). But def get one. And regardless of what people say, don't worry, the B16 in a DA isn't some insanely slow, lifeless engine. Are you going to all of the sudden run some nice 14s? Hell no. But you'll def have some fun with the higher revs (trust me, you'll be there more often, whether you like it or not), and you're getting an engine with a lot less miles then you'de be able to find a B18A/B for (unless it was rebuilt). Good luck with everything!

yeah thanks man i believe you kmore than anyone else because i can see that you have the same engine in your 92 gs so you know exactly what it is going to be like.....why kind of tranny do you have in your car?
yeah i was thinking just getting the b16 because the b17 gear ratios are pretty close to the b16 anyone plus its a lot cheaper.
what other kind of mods do you have in your gs?
if you want yo can IM on AIM or yahoo messanger both names are the same as this one.....thanks again for the help peace

I'de be happy to answer your questions. And you're right, AIM will be probably be the easiest. I'm not on much (always signed on, but usually have an away message up). My AIM is kjw239. I checked to see if you were on, was going to IM you so you had my SN, but you weren't on. So just IM me or something along those lines.
