Default Since turbocalculator.com seems to no longer exist, which would be better for 20psi...?

Looking at either getting another Super 60 T3 or a T3/TO4B, they're both about the same price, but i've a few questions...

Garrett T3/T04B Turbo

-Rebuilt Garrett T3/T04B Turbo
-.47 Trim Compressor Wheel
-.60 (Shown) or .70 A/R Compressor Housing**
-.48, .63 or .82 A/R Turbine Housing Option
-Stage 1, 2 or 3 Turbine Wheel
-Internal Wastegate Option (.48 A/R Housing Only)

Price: $399

What the hell is a Stage 1, 2, and 3 wheel? And as my title says, which will offer the best power at 20psi? I'm doing a .48 housing so i can have an internal gate.

I need an internal gate, i don't have the money to buy an external. As far as i know, the only the .48 A/R exhaust side has this.

There are others with internal gates, but they have to be custom made. I can see about a possibility for your application
