will a hf manifold hender my power(over a turbo mani.)????
i just built my dohc zc.
eagle rods, srp pistons, oem hg, arp head bolts, delata cams, supertech valves, springs, and retainers...ect...ect... the turbo is a t3 .42/.48 i was gonna have a custom mani. made, but due to time issues im thinking of just using a hf manifold. so i need to know...would that restrict my power gain? and if so about how much?? (i know its kinda small turbo....my original goal was 350hp(i know)) my hp goal is to break 250hp

HF manifolds are pretty good..Just maybe open up the ports a little more with a die grinder or dremel or whatever..That's a nice setup you have,,But why such a small turbo?

Yes... for a few reason... shape.. desighn.. any pieces that do not line up creat an obstruction within the pipe. Plus you are using a piece that was never desighned to handle that much flow
