if you make the adaptor plate for the T3 flage it will. no turbo will simply bolt on to an HF manifold so you decide what kind of adaptor to make when you decide which turbo to use. Ive seen many T3s go onto HF manifolds btw

I use to run a T3 on a HF manifold. I used an adapter plate to adapt the turbo onto the HF manifold. Yes, no turbo bolts up to the HF manifold without some sort of adapter plate.
I used mild steel for my plate, worked great and hasn't rust yet.
