hasport now sells a cable to hydro conversion for our cars. so you can use a hydro transmission with the stock 90-93 teg cable system.

i was actually thinking of this today at work cuz im thinking of getting a CRX and i want to do a full obd 1 swap and put a hydro tranny in as well. if it were me id just do it like it was an auto to start out with get yerself the clutch master off a new teg retro-fit it on there and make a braided piece of hose for the line. in my mind this should work but i might be wrong ive never done a auto to 5 swap before. yea its alittle up there, but hmo is one of the best places to get a swap.
plus getting the vtec tranny on the b16 is alot better then butting the ls one on there.

again at work i was spacing off... can u put the speed sensor out of a cable b-series tranny into a hydro b-series tranny? if not then u dont have a speedo when this is all done. and then i got to thinking even more if u r running obd1 and u dont have a speedo sensor wired in u will throw a code u might want to plan on running crome or uber so u can disable these codes.
