Blinker blinking too fast
I removed the stock from bumper, rear, etc...to put on a body kit. There are some amber lower lights on my stock bumper and the original connectors and wires are still connected to the car. With nothing for them to plug into my blinker blinks too fast to pass nj inspection. How can i get around this. When i put bulbs into the sockets the blinker works fine. Is there anything i can do to the wires (to complete the circuit i guess) without having to use these bulbs?

Well, considering that these pesky bulbs that insist being installed are your DIRECTIONAL LAMPS, it's going to be pretty difficult to get it past the NJ Inspection Procedure - unless they're VERY lenient in NJ.
I can't see any way around it unless you wire resistors into the circuit to duplicate the missing bulbs. I'm having a time trying to determine what you're trying to accomplish

You need blinkers man. Take that crap off, and send it back. Having no blinkers is unsafe. The idiot who had my truck before me covered up my front bumper (blinkers included). No body knows which way your turning, or if your turning at all. After I confused enough people (at intersections) and almost got myself into a wreck, I took the crap off. I had to buy another valance for the bottom of the bumper, cause the idiot threw it away. Blinkers are on a car for a reason, you need them. One day you might be turning left on the highway (for instance) the car behind you sees you are going slow, and dicides to go around, he rams you right in your driverside door. Can you really blame him, he didn't know you were turning left, cause you have no blinker. NOT SMART
he removed the front bumper so this tail lights are not affected. I would either remove the clip and replace it with stock or see about installing the lamps onto it.
Yes....place a resistor accross the - and + leads from the existing blinker. Use a 10 watt resistor, probably about 8 to 10 ohms in value. I had to to this when I installed LED blinkers on my sportbike.
With no standard bulbs, or LED's there is little to no resistance for your flasher element. So, you place the resistor across the leads to simulate the resistance of a standard light bulb..... I had to mount mine to a custom heat sink, after a few minutes of flashing they heat up a bit.

all of my blinkers work they just blink too fast. these extra bulbs i am talking about would have gone in the stock bumper. I have no where to put them and quite frankley i don't need them because my headlights have blinkers as do the tail lights. i just need to know if i can make them as if the bulbs were there without actually having to put bulbs in them. And then i will just tie wrap them up so they aren't dangling in the air.
