CRX with B18B motor shakes and wabbles.
Well I bought a 89 CRX with a B18B swap already in it. When I started driving it around it makes a loud wabble sound and shakes the car more as I go faster but it doesn't mess with the steering at all. The car goes straight and steering wheel doesn't shake. I know for a fact that its not the tires because I put many different sets of rims and tires on. I don't know W.T.F. is going on? Any of you guys had this problem?

What mount kit did they use for the swap? If it has full polyurethane mounts then theres your problem. Well, its not so much a problem as it is a source of the shaking.

Well hehe. Uhh The swap on the car was done like uhh 6 years ago so it uses custom mounts from 2nd and 3rd gen integras and prothane inserts. Ohh yeah I forgot to add that it makes the noise even when I'm just rolling and the motor is not going at all. Could it be that a axle is warped?
Well I dont know if this will help but here is an experance that I had. I have a nissan 300zx and after taking it out of storage it shook and was loud as hell. Well after a while I found out that it was only running on 5 cylinders (instead of the normal 6). That might be your problem. It also might just be vapor lock. That can make your exhaust smoke and your car shake like an old person with parksons sitting on a vibrating bed.
