b18b swap in 92 si problem help please
My problem is after the swap, my passanger side wheel is sticking out like half an inch and the driver side is normal, why is it like that?
The b18b should be just a bolt on swap right, meaning what and which motor mounts do i use with this swap, I think friends and I used the civic mounts.
Another thing is the motor mounts, the lower driver side mount is being pull to the right.
Things I have noticed is when I drive around 80mph, the shifter tends to shake a little bit of left and right and the car is pulling to the right also.
please please help me.......
edit: motor is a 95 LS

You can use all civic mounts, but use an Integra rear bracket and shift linkage. Are the axles ABS axels? If they are I would knock the ABS ring of them with a hammer and a screw driver.

You cannot use all the civic mounts as they will not bolt up to the motor

yeah no ****, the only ones i used were the top tranny mount and the side tranny bracket, but only 2 of the bolts fit through that one.........you should use civic top tranny mount, and integra rear bracket, a/c backet, side tranny mount, and driver side engine mount
make sure you have the axels all the way in. Did you use the stock integra axels and how much of the suspension did you take apart when you did the swap.

Re: (beseman)
edit: didn't there is a picture of which mounts to use with this swap, i coulldn't find it
i took out alot of things apart when i did this
and today i raised the car off the ground and maybe found the problem, the steering knockle (sp?) might be bend.
i am not sure on the mounts, as because my friend help me on the swap as I went to get some pizza.
i am using the integra axles, it is all the way in, and it's from a 95 LS so it does have ABS, but isn't hookup.
oh also, my steering wheel is off too.

Re: (intezn)
I dont really see how the motor swap has anything to do with your problem. Would seem as if your upper and/or lower controll arms are ????? just not right. The controll arms are what determine the position of the wheel. Think camber kit. Just my thoughts on this. The only thing the swap has to do with it is that you took all this apart to do the swap.
