ls/vtec question
IM sure this question has been asked but i could not find and answer from using the search. So IM planing on picking up a DA integra. Old right? hahah. Okay well the one im looking at is a 91 so it ahs the b18b the 92-93 have the b18b1. so im trying to figure out how i would put a vtec head on it. I thinking most likely about using a 1st gen b16 head head beacsue of avabilit but im afrade i might run in to some ussues about the no-obd. A b17 head would be nice but i could never find one. or whould it be better to use obd-1 gsr head or should i just convert it to obd-2.
all right so in thearoy i got my head, new harness or i could wire it in. and a new ecu, would i still ahve to tap the block similar to b20/ correct? also since this motor has close to 100 miles on it shoudl i just use a new block?

FYI
90-93 integra LS is the B18a
94+ Integra LS is the B18b
i think you meant to say the block has 100K miles correct? if thats the case then at the very least you should replace the main and rod bearings.
