Default traction bar arms...torque bolts while suspension is lifted or on ground?

should all the bolts for the traction kit arms be torqued down while the front end is on jackstands or should the car be on the ground before torquing the bolts?
just wondering if tightening everything while its lifted will cause any binding issues once the car is on the ground.

thanks.

on the ground, i always tighten my control arms, sway bars, traction bars, strut towers, tie bars with the weight of the car on them, if you tighten them with the car on the ground you have the chance of pre-loading them

rule of thumb is on the ground (loaded on blocks really) for any bushing that moves.

assuming that the bar has sperical bearings, it doesn't matter- they won't bind.
