a sequence of loosening and tightening bolts.
you'll need the front control arms for the mounting points for the sway bar.

bushings
hopefully you've put a new exhaust on your car, cause you'll be undoing the bolts on it.
i think you have to drop your linkage too, or maybe i just did that since i was down there to retighten it.
it's pretty easy as long as you've had all those bolts apart somewhat recently.

yes the si strut bar will fit your 200 ex, you may need to drill out 2 holes on the strut tower on both sides. some are pre drilled
then you need nuts and bolts
i used 4 dizzy bolts and found some nuts laying around
