waht kinds of bars???
A very simplified view:
Sway bars: kind of like a spring that will prevent one side of the suspension from moving excessively in relation to the other side. This helps control weight transfer so you don't overload a tire at any corner causing it to slide.
Strut bar: Binds the top of the damper towers to minimize their movement. This stiffens up the chassis.
Lower tie bar: attaches to the left and right lower control arm mounting points insuring that they don't move in/out during a drive.
I think I have a suspension tech .pdf file on my website:
http://webpages.charter.net/pupascoopa in the "car" section if I remember correctly. Hope this helps!
