during low load on my h22 i can hear some engine ping. my car is running very rich. it has got a basemap in it with hondata s200. it went to the dyno and my o2 sensor broke and then my injector began to stick. got both fixed and took it back to my tuner and he said he would street tune it. well frankly im sick of taking it to him cause i still have engine ping. does anyone have any ideas on what to do?

 

Temp fix would be to retard your distributor timing until you get the car to a real tuner

 

its already retarted like 6 degrees...im so confused

 

what compression are you running? Is the motor Built? Maybe its the fuel octane

 

bottom and top end are both stock. the compression is 10.6:1 (jdm). i only use 91. any suggestions

 

anyone?

 

how many miles are on the motor? carbon buildup?

 

thats pretty weird dude...stock motor tha pings even though timmings retard so much....i wouldn't kno noww....
