tranny problem?

tranny problem?

have a 95 cx stock 1.5

Tonight I was driving along, and heard some funny noise. Sounded like a tranny problem. Downshifted and it sounded really tinny (sorry that's about the best explanation I have for it)

Any thoughts? Only a problem at high revs so far... if that makes a difference.

the pull tie holding my bumper up sometimes rubbs my tires and also makes sounds.
