I got an intercooler that came in a kit that was put together by a friend, its a drag intercooler and the core measures 22x6.5x2.25, is that big enough for 250-300whp?

 

24x10x3 is my size and I'm running 200whp.

22x6.5 seems a bit small for 250-300whp, I would recommend getting a slightly larger IC.

 

It will be fine. There are much better intercoolers but it will support 300. I wanna say there (and am pretty sure) there have been people to hit near 400 on the drag kit (can't remember if that was with the turbo they offer but I think it was)

Ek_chris intercooler will support quite abit more than what he is making. Not really a vaild comparison.

thats cool, i think i was probably just looking to see if one this size was capable, ill probably get a new one around the same size from jrc or customcoach and sell this one, just for the bling factor really cause this one has some bent up fins and is a little dirty and I would rather sell it and buy a new one that I can paint black for the sleeper status
