Default p28 mugen chipped...

will this ecu run my b20/vtec? is there something better I can do for my b20/vtec or is this a good setup to start (probably will add vafc right away and start saving for the hondata) thanks for any info.

Mike, I just relized somthing. Hondata stage 2 is cheeper than the APEX VAFC!!!

a Mugen chipped P28 ecu will run your B20 setup quite well. It provides plenty of fuel.

Ask Mike K on this board. He ran one on his B20 and some of his friend's B20s also.

I have a couple of these P28s in stock and ready to ship. Email me for more details.

I'm running a P28 chip to Mugen on my b20vtec. IT feel good!! the only problem you'll have if your your CR is higher then 11.5 it start detonating. My cr is at 11.8 but all i did was retard the distrubtor carp and i still need to tune my car.

well darn it... im planning on runnin 12:1 comp. at 86 mm bore, what should I get (for a chip) to prevent detonation?

if you just put your timing back a few you should'nt have a problem right? The chip would be much of cause to that would it? If anyone can help out with this issue sure would appriciated it.
