Default ls/vtec lazy

it seems as if my lsvtec runs really hard when the car has been sitting for about 2 minutes and then after running it hard it starts to feel lazy could it be my fuel filter or fuel pump
i just put in h22 injectors and it made a big difference than before but it still does it

i'm not an expert on this so i am giving you my opinion on what i think is wrong...if you have the h22 inj, there is a good chance that those coupled with the mugen ecu(which already runs rich) are making your ls/vtec overly rich. check the plugs, see what color they are...this will give you a good indication of how rich/lean your engine is. i think those inj are 330-340cc which are quite large and should be used with some sort of tuning device. hope that helps...

also as a side note...when asking a tuning related question it helps to list your complete setup, this helps people to get a better idea of what the solution might be, and they can help you better.

did you check your plugs? i would say your running very rich. since your combo is stock, low compr...i would say that your inj are too big.

how long have the plugs been in the motor? i would try the simple things first...fuel filter then fuel pump etc... the plugs should be black if it was too rich. i dunno, i still think h22 inj and mugen would make you rich. if all else fails you might have to go to a dyno. if you had some sort of a/f meter that would help things a lot. sorry man, i can't give you a definite answer.
