Suspension problems....
Well, for all you suspension gearheads out there. I am encountering some weired problems with my engergy suspension front upper A arm bushing. I have tried everything and still couldn't figure out what's wrong with it.
Here is the pix:

After I install the bushing, every so often the bushing will pop out like what it shows in the picture. At the 1st, I thought I install the bushing wrong, so I redo it. Then it pops again this time. I am guess that I could damaged the bushing when I 1st installed them. But then I had my mech (This guy has been with Honda for over 17 years. And I had him work on my car since 97. He does quality works and never fail on me once.) install them again. Now, I am confused.
Here is my guesses:
1. the bushing is damaged when I 1st install them.
2. something isn't right with my suspension.
3. I am driving too hard.(yah... come to think of it, I did hit a pot whole. Those ******* city street working didn't leave any warning sigh around there, and it's was dark and wet. So I hit it dead hard..
and it was on the right hand side, the upper a arm that I am having problem with is the left hand side. ) I do take my car to semi-rally road every so often for some fun.
So, come on ppl, let's see what you can come up with. Bampf, come on, I know you got some thing you wanna sure here.. :D

I don't know what would make the bushings just pop out...if the bushings were damaged you should be able to tell with a visual inspection. Did you use a torque wrench and make sure all the bolts were tightened down to spec? I would prolly call energy suspension and tell them what's going on and send them the pic and ask them what you should do (don't tell them that you may have damaged the bushings though...if it is a damaged bushing get them to send you a replacement for free).
Sorry I wasn't more of a help.
