my hatch leaks how can i fix it

I really don't know cause mine leaked too, but not that much and I also did have a system. Just make sure you have that interior piece where it covers your trunk. You shouldn't have a problem.
You should completely dry the inside of your car and once you have done that, take a hose and only spray the top of your roof. Go look inside your car where the water spots are and look right above it and you should be able to find where your leaks are.
It could be two problems... the sunroof drains are clogged, or the tailight seals leak-major problem on many CRX's, such as mine and my brothers! they're expensive to replace though...
better than a big umbrella!!!!! And functional too!!! Not only will your hatch be shielded from bad weather, but you will also gain 10,56,739 hp!!!!!!!!!!!

mine leaks really bad.. i had a system in the back of mine.. and the water seems to come tho the plastic parts on the side of the wheel wells i really dont care for it now sine nothingis back there..
me and my friend both have civic hatchs and we both had hatch leaking problems when it rained....but like that guy said clear silicone works great...we put it around our taillights..i also had a crx and the hatch leaked on it and silcone worked great on it too......
What everybody else said about the silicon is a good idea....If you have a rear washer nozzle that may be what is leaking...that is what it was on my 90 CRX Si...Just silicon around the edges of the rear washer nozzle on the outside...that fixed the problem for me....Hope that helped...good luck!
i have the same problem with my hatch too. I'm quite sure that the water is coming through the taillight seals, ut havn't had time to replace them yet. Anybody know how much $ approx. it costs to get a set of taillight seals?
i kowneed tail light seals but im wondeing where all the water is coming from in the top if you silicone around the lights how hard is it to get them back off? thanks for all the help.
very easy to take off taillights still...silcone is not that strong you can get them off easy..and that is the cheapest way to keep them from leaking...also it can protect your wires from water and you wont short out any thing and keep losing bulbs like i did before i silconed mine...
