Default will I have any problems using a light flywheel with stock clutch

Hey guys I am currently having a h22 engine swap done (my motor was knocking)
the shop doing the job said that the old h22 (one being swaped out) had a performance clutch and flywheel, but the clutch needs to be replaced they said that if i go back to a stock dealer clutch I will have to change the flywheel back to stock. Is this true? I looked around on the net and all the posts I have seen said that a stock clutch should be able to work with the lightened FW no problem. thanks for your help.

I currently have a lightweight flywheel with a stock clutch. No problems at all!

I know lots of guys with the same set-up.
