Default JDM B16A 88-91 into 92-95 civic eg

I wanted to know if the motor would fit directly. plug and play? or do i need other parts for it?

You will need addional parts. You need a special mount kit in order to install the cable style engine/transmission set up into the car, as well as you will need a wiring conversion -we do offer both.
Also you may need shiftlinkage and axles, all depends on what you have.

i got the complete changover for the eg for 1950 just spend the extra money and do it right...i can sell you the same changover for 1950 too from where i work
