Default Taylor Battery Relocation Kits

Who all has one for their eg or ek hatch? Also which one is right? I'm using the stock battery right now, but ppl said to use the Optima batteries.. http://store.summitracing.com/...h.asp

I used a moroso box that I got off Jegs. I use a standard battery but you can use a optima if you'd like. If the box is sealed however an optima is not needed it is just extra security.

Oh ok. Do you have any pictures?

btw, do they only come in blue?

Sorry I don't have any pics of it, I can try to get a few when I get home. Yeah the moroso one only comes in blue, but JEGs has one that is about the same price that is black I think it's pretty much the same design.

Hum, I'm thinking about getting one too. Do you have the link to the black one? I can only find the blue one that was sealed.

I'm not sure where you're going with the battery relocation, but if you go with a lightweight battery in the stock location, you'll be saving alot of wieght. The battery is on the firewall, so it's not a big balast problem.
