what spring rates are good for h22 in a dc

what spring rates are good for h22 in a dc
I was thinking 400+ in front and 250+ in back with a good set of adjustable shocks and proper stabilizing.. car is for street use by the way!!!!!!!! Anyone think any different????????????????????
