cosnidering the weight of the h22, i would shoot for a higher spring rate. possibly from an integra.

i think the intergra spring rate is lower then 600. i did alot of search all i can find is people using integra spring rate, but there also not running that high of hp. i know that traction is very impoetant for the h22 beacuse of the tq is has.

i know theres people here running high hp h22,

If you plan on just doing a drag strip run, I think you'll be satisfied with a 600lb set up; however, w/ 600hp, i'd personally want something closer too 1000lb in the rear to counteract all that torque squat.

I'm curious....I suspect you won't be driving this car on a daily basis correct? If this is true then I would go for the 600F 1000R rates.

That seems a little high. I have 500f 400r and that seems more then enough.

If he's expecting to push 600 hp out of an H22 its not going to be ran on the street.

Not that much be any means. For drag springs only I guess 800lbs - 1000lbs would do fine for drag only but if any amount of driving on the street (depending how much) that much would start to be over kill. Athough my still seems like it's more then enough for street track driving. I'm just saying 800lbs ones like skunk drag launch ones would suck trying to get around town in.

I think what you said 600lbs should be fine. Even though that's pretty stiff.

Your fucken nuts. I think thats way too stiff for the street. Good luck trying to find shocks that can dampen 600+ lbs springs without being revalved.

Integra Ground Controls are around 400F/375R. I run 400/400 on my GSR and I would not recommend anymore for a street car.

yeah... the 400's sound good.. 1000lb will rattle ur teeth out of ur mouth.. unless ur gonna be just drag only.. might as well get some wheelie bars too.. heheh
