issues on cable clutch *help wanted*

first of all, this is a B16A1 we are looking at..
my problem is, sometimes I can't start my car while engaging my clutch; ive adjusted it so that i could start my car. lately, I've been adjusting it day to day because my car won't start; just today I tried adjusting it cause my car didn't start. What do you guys think this is? agian this is a cable clutch. my clutch is about 3 years old. Stage 1 Clutch Masters

maybe I'll just settle and get winter tires for my Lexus :S

It's not the cable's fault, make sure the clutch switch is properly adjusted, ie. getting pushed all the way in.
